Paul Cink MD, FACS
President
As a principal partner in a large real estate development firm and a mentor for his children in their own real estate company, he has co-sponsored more than 35 syndications exceeding $500MM in value over the last 25 years.
Stemming from his bedside manner and corporate board experience from a 31 year career as a Head and Neck Surgeon and Chairman of a Surgical Hospital, Dr. Cink enjoys investor relations, new market development, and corporate governance.
These days, he also finds time to perfect his golf swing, fly fish, create pottery, and travel with his family and friends.
Ryan Cink
Vice President
As VP, he has helped the company grow into a fully-fledged investment firm focused on wealth creation for its investors as well as providing beneficial assets for the communities we serve. As a licensed real estate professional, he's become an expert in asset management, market analysis, and acquisitions over the past 5 years.
In addition to his real estate background, he holds a B.S. in Biology from Villanova University.
Outside the realm of real estate, he is a diehard Austin FC fan who rarely misses a home game and loves exploring the incredible live music scene Austin provides.
Lacey McMullen
Creative Lead
After earning her B.A. in Journalism and her M.A. in Graphic Design, and working as a copywriter, she joined the team to lead PSC's marketing and design efforts.
Fueled by coffee and her curated playlist, her creative touch enhances every facet of PSC's branding—from crafting our website and strategic marketing initiatives to refining OM decks and newsletters.
When not creating for PSC, she is likely to be painting, side-hustling her freelance ventures, or traveling to new cities with her husband.
